Terms & Conditions

1. Latitude Marketing & Media Group respects your privacy and all work is carried out in the strictest confidence. We comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) as implemented under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 ('Privacy Act'), which came into effect on 21 December 2001.
2. Our quotes are valid for 60 days. If the project requires less than the projected number of hours, this will be reflected in your final account. If the specifications of the project are changed by the client after the proposal has been signed off, additional charges may apply - these will be negotiated before additional work commences.
3. Prior to the commencement of any project a 50% deposit is required. The remainder is required within seven days of the completion of the project.
4. If a project extends beyond the end of a month, payment of the work completed to date will be required.
5. All products and intellectual property remain the property of Latitude Marketing & Media Group until the account is finalised.
6. If an account remains outstanding after 30 days, an administration charge of 5% or $50 (whichever is higher) will be applied.
7. Latitude Marketing & Media Group will not include in its designs any text, images or other data which it deems to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal. All material must conform to all standards laid down by all relevant standards authorities.
8. When you sign-off on an artwork proof, you are accepting full responsiblityfor all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and quantity.
9. Latitude Marketing & Media Group retains royalty-free exclusive worldwide rights (including moral rights) and licences to use, reproduce, print and publish designs created by Latitude Marketing & Media Group for its own promotional purposes.
10. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a legal right to use any material provided to Latitude Marketing & Media Group for the purpose of a particular project. This includes text, images, sound and video.
11. Latitude Marketing & Media Group reserves the right to discreetly place the design credit shown below on any appropriate artwork. Design by: Latitude Marketing & Media Group | www.lmmg.com.au. This credit will never be included on business stationery but may be placed on documents such as brochures and reports or a website home page.
12. Payment for webhosting provided by Latitude Marketing & Media Group is required in advance. If the account is overdue, the website may be pulled down and access to email and other hosting services suspended until payment is made. The client remains liable for all fees during any period when Services have been discontinued or suspended due to a failure on the clients part to comply with these terms and conditions.
13. All legal resposibility for the content created by Latitude Marketing & Media Group remains with the client.
14. Latitude Marketing & Media Group may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on its web site.
